The factory can be divided into 7 large workshops.
The first part is the raw material workshop, our raw materials use imported high-quality raw materials，including anti-oxidation, anti-yellowing and pressure-resistant plastics, high-strength anti-corrosion aluminum alloy, lamp beads imported from Taiwan, imported soft and high-efficiency absorption solar panels, etc.
The second part is the assembly workshop, where raw materials are assembled by labor and machines.
The third part is welding. Both manual and machine work together to complete the welding process, and the operation is delicate.
The fourth part is gluing, which uses high-strength and high-viscosity glue to make it waterproof and prevent cracking in extreme weather.
The fifth part is drying, using machines to achieve rapid drying of the glue to ensure uniformity, strength, and speed.
The sixth part is the testing workshop. After the products complete a series of processing, the finished products are tested one by one.
The seventh part is the packaging workshop. After the products are tested and found to be correct, they are packaged.
